We absolutely encourage you to get your corgi at a rescue if you can. You’re saving the life of a corgi and giving a home to someone who deserves love and compassion. However, we do understand the chance of finding one is low.

You can find fluffy corgis from reputable corgi breeders. You will need have a conversation with them to find out if they are able to get you a fluffy corgi. This may mean waiting until they are available.

We recommend going out to visit them and the corgis wherever possible. It’s not just a fun trip – but it also gives you lots of advice and understanding about the conditions your corgi is coming from.

​You may not have a local breeder in your area, and that means you need to look out of state/country. Unless you can do the drive (and it's not always possible), you need to find an airline that can take animals.

A fluffy corgi should cost approximately the same as a regular corgi – up to around $2,500. A good breeder will not attempt to market them as a rarity or a specialty, despite being less common.
